Dovitee is a small family business working myself as a designer and my husband as one in the background ;)
We are a happy team that enjoys working with each other, we provide an EXCELLENT service to our customers. We currently working at home but looking to expand. We have fun and work hard to complete your order and we have a policy that every order has a quality assurance check for quality and exactness. Orders are processed in three days or sooner and then posted out. We successfully send out lots of parcels and have lots of happy customers.

POSTAGE-

All my products are housed and posted from our home. But we have access to bigger range of clothing so if you can't find something hit us up and we will try to find and preorder the stuff.

We post will Royal Mail and have always found them to be very reliable.
Parcels are usually dispatched within 1-3 days. Parcels are sent 2nd Class and will usually arrive in 3-5 days when dispatched.

RETURNS-

I am happy to refund any unused items that are still sale-able, but this does not include personalized custom-made products - please contact me within 14 days. when the item is returned a refund will be given.

How you leave your personalization that's how it will be applied, we don't check if the sentence makes a sense, because many don't to me ;)
